Heartfelt messages recorded on camera for sick faculty

Guidance counsellor Mr. Fran Roby has been taking videos to support Doris Christensen, beloved BSM community member and employee for the last forty-seven years, who recently had a stroke. “On Monday, Mr. Jeremiah and Dr. Tift came to me, told me that Doris was very sick, and asked me if I would make a video of faculty and staff members giving her messages since it is hard to visit her at the moment,” says Mr. Roby. So far, about a dozen people have come to leave Dorris a personal message on camera. Even students from the Chamber Choir contributed by making a recording for her during their third period class. Mr. Roby is considering sending out an email to all students so they can offer their support as well.
