The Benilde-St. Margaret’s Red Knights Varsity Baseball team triumphed over the Irondale Knights with a final score of 9-8. Junior Jimmy Heck pitched 5 innings straight, allowing just two runs. The Red Knights had an early lead at 7-2, but in the bottom of the sixth, Irondale came back by putting up 6 runs. The Red Knights recovered however, scoring two runs in the top of the seventh inning.
