The Red Knights boys hockey team defeated the Robbinsdale Cooper Hawks by a score of 10-1 on January 4. The Red Knights took a commanding 5-0 lead after the first period and a 8-0 lead after the second period. The Red Knights let up a goal in the third period but still finished the game with a 10-1 win. The Red Knights scoring came from forwards Pat Steinhauser, Grant Besse, Christian Horn as well as from defensemen Jake Horton and Tyler Ellegard. “It was a good game, it was really good to go out there and score some goals. It really boosted the teams confidence,” says senior defenseman Taylor Topousis.
