Boys’ hockey team sweeps in first game

Sophomore Grant Besse and junior Jake O’ Borsky scored two goals at the start of the third period to propel the boys’ hockey team to a 4-1 win over St. Cloud Tech on November 30. To start the first game of their season, Daniel Labosky scored a wrap around goal with 31 seconds left in the first period. St. Cloud Tech answered in the second period scoring on a 5-3 powerplay. “It was a good win, and it was really nice to start the season off on the right step,” said junior defenseman Tyler Ellegard.
