Senior Sean O’Toole has committed to play for Lafayette’s D1 lacrosse team for the next four years during college.

Where did you commit to play next year? How did it happen? When?(school and location):

Lafayette in Eaton Pennsylvania. I played on the MN Elite, and we went out to the University of Delaware to play in the Battle of the Hotbeds. After the tournament, coach Mangan called me and we went from there.

What about the school caused you to decide to commit here?

They are a highly academic school, the guys on the team were a fun group that I could see myself spending the next four years with.

What are you looking forward to playing for this school?

The entire division one experience: the advantages, hard work and level of competition.

What are your hopes for your senior lacrosse season at Benilde?

We expect to win state this year. Beyond that we just want to enjoy ourselves throughout the season.

What’s your best memory as a player on the BSM lacrosse team?

Spring Break [on Lax Florida trip], ripping twine, lobbing and the ’08 team. Shenanigans.

Any comments about your time as a BSM player or your hopes for next year?

Consistently the most fun time of the year for me is lacrosse season, high school goes by quick, work hard and enjoy it
