From day one, Kathleen has struggled with her sense of coordination. Slips, bruises, and laughs, what seem to be only occasional embarrassing occurrences for normal people, are expected for someone of her klutzy demeanor. As a child, Kathleen dropped anything from grape-flavored popsicles to sticky lollipops. And, for her the phrase, “don’t cry over spilled milk” was taken literally. Some have expressed their concern for Kathleen’s unusual incapability to walk in a straight line, or grasp a breakable item tight enough it won’t shatter, but, let’s face it, everyone loves to laugh at the girl who falls down the stairs (or up them).
