Meet Madeline Zachman, known by most as Maddi. There is no "e" at the end of Maddi, although most people, especially teachers, tend to put one there. Maddi is typically seen in the halls walking around with a pair of headphones in, week old paint on her hands, and a John Green book in her hand. You never really know what she will be wearing because her style changes everyday, as she rules all sorts of different moods. Is she gonna be wearing a long t-shirt with some sweats? A long, modest dress? An all black outfit with boots that most call "car tires"? When Maddi goes home, she enjoys playing with her dog, Dexter, named after the TV show - about a serial killer, and screaming along to the lyrics of a Lumineers song, a little too loud, throughout the speakers in her house. Who can blame her for singing so loud? She is, indeed, deaf in her left ear.
