Boys’ hockey runs over Hibbing in 6-1 win

With Spencer Naas at the helm with 2 goals, and an offense that peppered Isiah Dilley with 55 shots on goal, the boy’s hockey team overwhelmed Hibbing 6-1, and rebounded from a two game losing streak on December 14, 2013. The Red Knights sprang to an early 2-0 lead, with Hibbing scoring soon after. However, they would be shut down the rest of the game by BSM’s defense, and goaltender Jalen Long, who saved 14 of 15 shots. The red knights added 3 more goals in the second period, and one more in the third, with the scoring coming from 4 other players. Now at 5-2, BSM will face yet another test when they play perennial powerhouse Maple Grove.
