Softball looks to have a strong season with many returning varsity players and a lot of young talent. With one of the toughest sections to come out of, the girls will practice hard as they will attempt to make their way to the State Championship. Junior captains Molly Kopp and Abby Miller will lead the team along with sophomore captain Madeline Houlihan. Last year, Houlihan was part of the All-State second team as a Freshman, so she looks to have promising years ahead as a Red Knight. “We are young, but we are young with kids who have played for awhile. I think we are going to be pretty good,” Head Coach Mr. Dan Bowler said.
