November

November

We’ve moved on to the last month of fall. Now, nearly all the leaves have fallen. The squirrels bury their acorns in the ground for safe storage during winter (although I doubt many squirrels even remember where their acorn stashes are). There are two holidays this month, Veteran’s Day and Thanksgiving. Veteran’s Day is usually celebrated on TV during Football games.

Thanksgiving is celebrated with our families, as we gather around the table to eat Turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes and more. Thanksgiving is alright, it’s never really any different from year to year. The most notable thing about November is that it’s one month away from the objectively best holiday. November gets three maple leaves out of five.
