Baseball defeats Chisago Lakes
The baseball team defeated Chisago Lakes in Wednesday’s game, outscoring the Wildcats by 2-4 on May 2. Despite scoring only in the first and second innings, the Red Knights allowed the Wildcats only 2 runs in the third, holding them scoreless in all other innings. The win brings the team back to the top of the conference, tied with Totino Grace and St. Louis Park each with a 6-2 conference record. The Red Knights are the 16th ranked team in Minnesota in class 3A, with a 7-3 record on the season. The team’s next game is on Friday, May 4 at home against Irondale.
