Pizza Luce
Pizza Luce offers almost all of their meals with “gluten-free upon request,” meaning that a customer can ask for the dish gluten-free. The restaurant’s managers have been certified by the Celiac Awareness Group and strive to continue updating their gluten-free recipes. Some of the gluten-free options include Greek and garden salads, fresh veggie pizza, margherita pizza, the classic pizza, and the maximus pizza.

French Meadow Café
French Meadow Café serves all three meals of the day at their joint bakery-café, and all meals contain at least some gluten-free options. The café’s gluten-free dishes have much variety, as they encompass all different types of food. Breakfast options include gluten-free blueberry corn pancakes, and huevos rancheros, lunch options include raw kale salad, chili and organic brown rice, and the healing plate, and dinner options include thai basil pulled chicken, bison burger, and fish tacos.

Melting Pot
The Melting Pot features a gluten-free menu to supplement their regular menu, allowing gluten-free customers to enjoy the same satisfaction as other diners. With gluten-free fondue, salads, entrees, and chocolate fondue, any type of food found on the regular menu can also be served gluten-free. Specific dishes include banana foster chocolate fondue, big night out cheese fondue, and cedar plank salmon.

Crave
Crave at West End also supplies over 25 unique items that are gluten-free upon request. Items such as a mediterranean plate, grilled rib eye, and roasted half chicken are only available as gluten-free or are adapted to fit the qualifications. While more expensive, these options bring a fresh twist to other simple gluten-free meals.

Wok in the Park
The chinese restaurant A Wok in the Park is not different from any other Asian bistro except for the fact that they serve some of their food without gluten. The chefs are accustomed to people with dietary needs, so all one needs to do is ask for these options. Their pad thai and lo mein noodles can be substituted for homemade gluten-free noodles. Their breaded chicken can be made with gluten-free breading as well.

Zelo
Zelo is located in the middle of downtown Minneapolis and includes a menu that changes each season. There are over ten different dishes that are available gluten-free. Their large filet mignon, Amish fish, and seared scallops are the few of the many main entrees that Zelo serves gluten-free. Their small plates such as edamame and their salads Ciao Baby, Bibb, Beet, and Brasiliana are all served with or without gluten.

Original Pancake House
Original Pancake House serves a variety of breakfast items that contain gluten but they also have a separate menu for gluten-free items. OPH uses Pamela’s gluten free mix for their pancakes, crepes, french toast, and waffles. Although a bit spendy in comparison to other chain breakfast restaurants, the Original Pancake House is very conscious of people’s needs.

Big Bowl
Big Bowl contains a gluten free menu that compliments their regular menu. They serve over 15 different items on the menu ranging from appetizers to desserts. Their Thai Chicken Lettuce Wraps are different than their regular lettuce wraps because the former option is gluten free. Their main courses range from Kung Pao Chicken and their Mongolian Beef to their Big Bowl Signature Pad Thai.
