Why don't you just be honest and write that it is junk food, since there's no other way to justify the motto “the more grease, the better." I mean if you're going to conclude with "Convention Grill is not the place for the health-conscious or those who follow the fat-free lifestyle; here, nearly everything is made with a spoonful of grease and a whole lot of love––a true slice of Americana," Instead of pussyfooting around it why not just say it's pure American bliss? it makes absolutely no sense not to 'indulge' yourself and say that it is junk food.
