You're also right about the cave scene, it was really well done if not a bit over-dramatic with Dumbledore and the fire. I think Snape was done poorly though. His portrayal in this movie leaves no doubt as to whether he'll be good or bad. He almost looks remorseful when he's fighting Harry at the end, that's not how it's supposed to be.
