Peter Crawford, a junior and a basketball player since age 9, has
used his passion for the game and undeniable talent to help lead
the Red Knight basketball team to eight victories this season.
His hard work and long history of playing paid off when he
made his varsity debut as a freshman, a rare occurrence. His long
run on the team has had a great impact on him. “I love playing
because of our team’s chemistry… We’re all friends on and off the
court,” Crawford said. Hoping to follow in the footsteps of many
Red Knights before him, he wants to go on to play in college. “I
want to play wherever I can get a scholarship,” said Crawford, and
with multiple universities contacting him, that goal doesn’t seem
out of reach.
